OKA can look back on a long and successful tradition of designing
and building machines for the processing of sensitive aerated
dough. The depositing of dough for instance for angel kisses
puts high demands on the depositor itself.
We are offering solutions for the processing of very light
aerated dough with a specific weight below 0,2 kg/liter but
also for much heavier dough.
The challenge in depositing aerated dough is to maintain the
sensitive structure through the whole depositing process.
OKA’s patented single-piston depositing systems meets
this criteria.

Our scope of delivery reaches from simple manifold systems
up to complex depositors for the process of multi-color

Similar advantages apply to marshmallow
