Rotary
Molding
In the confectionery business rotary molding is primarily used
fort he molding of marzipan. Standard fat-based confectionery
material can be processed due to it’s viscosity only
limited. Nevertheless there are many applications which are
based on the rotary molding technology. For instance molding
of so called power-bars (high protein bars) is very often done
with OKA’s rotary molders in combination with a guillotine.
Marzipan Molding
Our marzipan molders are available in working width from 180
mm up to 1.200 mm. Depending on the individual demands there
are different varieties of machines available. Starting with
the small marzipan molder Type MZ for half-sided or full-plastic
shapes or the high-capacity molder type MZF up to RM molders
which is used in combination with traditional chocolate molding
plants for the production of chocolates with marzipan inlays.
