Combinations

OKA offers sophisticated machinery solutions for combined articles. Machine combinations are used if the complexity of the product demands a utilization of different production machines in line.

 

Case study „Bird’s Nest“

For the production of this combined article a machine combination is used. In the production line a rotary molder, depositor, depositing device and a jam depositor are synchronized together. This allows the production of sophisticated multicoloured products with very different viscosities. Generally such a combination is realized in-line but depending on the actual layout it is also possible to combine different extrusion systems within one machine.

There is no limit regarding creativity and number of combination possibilities.
